With this document, pursuant to art. 13 D. Lgs. 196/2003 ("privacy code"), we provide users who consult the site www.thekiss.it some information regarding the processing of their personal data.

The personal data provided by the user in an optional, explicit and voluntary way, are used in order to process any requests made (for example, when requesting information or clarifications by phoning the numbers indicated on the site or writing to the e-mail addresses electronic data present there).
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of any computer crimes against the Site.
In relation to cookies, please refer to the specific cookie policy prepared also based on the indications provided by the Italian Data Protection Authority with a provision dated May 8, 2014.
With the exception of browsing data, necessary for the implementation of IT and telematic protocols, the provision of personal data by users is free and optional. However, failure to provide the data will result in the inability to proceed with the requests forwarded or that the user intends to forward.
Data processing is performed through IT support. The data are stored in electronic archives with the adoption of the minimum security measures provided by the legislator. The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to process the requests of the interested party and in any case in compliance with the terms of the law.
The data collected will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties without the express consent of the interested party, subject to any requests from the competent authorities, as established by law.
The interested party can assert at any time, by contacting the data controller by sending an email to info@thekiss.it, the rights set forth in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196, which is reported below.
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him / her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form. 2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the identifying details of the holder, of the responsible and of the designated representative according to article 5, paragraph 2; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents. 3. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment is it proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. 4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
